Description of Service TubeFlow is a Gemini-powered YouTube organizer that helps you manage, search, and improve your YouTube experience. TubeFlow includes features such as playlist and channel organization, labels, notes, AI summaries, video feeds, focus mode, and bulk AI organization workflows. 3. Data Collection 3a. User Data We collect and store the following user data: - Name - Email - Profile picture - YouTube playlists - Subscribed channels - Playlist and video details - TubeFlow-created organization data, such as groups, labels, notes, feed configurations, and AI-generated summaries that you choose to save or create through TubeFlow Users own their data stored with TubeFlow. Non-Personal Data We collect non-personal data such as web cookies to improve our services. 3c. Authentication Data TubeFlow uses AWS Cognito as a user authentication service to handle user login and signup operations. AWS Cognito processes and stores the following authentication-related data: - User email addresses - Authentication session tokens - Basic user profile information YouTube OAuth authorization is handled separately through the YouTube Data API for accessing your YouTube data. Both AWS Cognito session tokens and YouTube API authorization tokens are stored as secure cookies in your browser to maintain your authenticated session. Purpose of Data Collection The data we collect is used to support the following purposes: - Showing account details such as your email, name, and profile picture inside TubeFlow. - Supporting first-party organization features such as playlist groups, channel groups, labels, notes, video feeds, and focus mode. - Helping you manage videos and playlists, including assignment, organization, and workflow actions you request through TubeFlow. - Delivering Gemini-powered features such as AI summaries and bulk AI organizer suggestions when you choose to use those features. - Operating, securing, troubleshooting, and improving TubeFlow. 5. Data Sharing To provide Gemini-powered features, TubeFlow may send limited YouTube-related data and TubeFlow organization context to Google Gemini when you request an AI-powered action. 5a. Types of Data Shared - Subscribed channels and saved playlists relevant to the AI request - Channel groups, playlist groups, labels, and other organization context relevant to the AI request - Playlist and video metadata such as titles, descriptions, channel names, tags, identifiers, URLs, and similar YouTube-derived details needed for the requested feature 5b. Purpose of Sharing This data is used solely to power the Gemini features you invoke, such as AI summaries, categorization, organization suggestions, and related productivity workflows inside TubeFlow. 5c. User Choice and Controls Gemini processing is only used for AI-powered features that you choose to run. If you do not use an AI-powered TubeFlow feature, TubeFlow does not send the related request data to Gemini for that feature. 5d. Data Handling The data shared for Gemini-powered features is limited to what is reasonably necessary to fulfill the requested feature. TubeFlow does not use YouTube data for advertising. 5e. YouTube API Services - User Data and Compliance 6a. Authorization Status TubeFlow relies on your active YouTube authorization to provide YouTube-connected features. You can disconnect TubeFlow from your YouTube account using Google's security settings or TubeFlow's available account controls. 6e. Limited Use Requirements TubeFlow's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
