Terms and Conditions for TubeFlow

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of TubeFlow's website, web application, Chrome extension, and related services. By accessing or using TubeFlow, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service

TubeFlow is an AI video research workspace for saving, reviewing, organizing, retrieving, and generating research outputs from YouTube sources. Features may include Library organization, Watch, notes, feeds, Tools, chat, summaries, AI-generated transcripts, research, fact checking, learning plans, and integrations.

3. YouTube API Services

By using TubeFlow features that access or use YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube remains subject to YouTube's policies and Google's Privacy Policy.

You authorize TubeFlow only for the scopes and actions shown during Google authorization and in TubeFlow. You retain final authority over actions TubeFlow performs on your behalf and may disconnect TubeFlow at any time.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate information, and using TubeFlow lawfully. Do not use TubeFlow to infringe rights, evade YouTube restrictions, download YouTube audiovisual content, conduct surveillance, or violate YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms.

5. AI-generated information

Summaries, transcripts, chapters, fact checks, research, recommendations, and chat responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. TubeFlow AI-generated transcripts are timestamped text produced using Gemini, are not YouTube captions or official transcripts, and may be securely reused for the same eligible public video. Review generated information and original sources before relying on it for important decisions.

6. Your content and TubeFlow data

You retain rights in content you create and submit. You grant TubeFlow the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to provide requested services. You may use TubeFlow's available export, disconnect, deletion, and account controls as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Paid services and refunds

Paid plans, quotas, renewals, billing, and cancellation are shown at purchase and in account settings. Eligible refund requests are governed by TubeFlow's published Refund Policy.

8. Availability and changes

TubeFlow may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. For users accessing TubeFlow version 1.40.2 or later, TubeFlow provides in-product notice and requires renewed consent when changes materially affect how Google or YouTube data is used. We may also provide notice by email.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
